Hosted Buyer Programme

ITM Warsaw is the only tourism fair in Poland offering a complex Hosted Buyer programme. Such programmes have proven successful at fairs worldwide. They enable meetings between buyers and sellers of business tourism services – an industry which experiences intensive growth in Poland, as well as on global scale.

We arrange meetings with suitable business partners for these exclusive guests and we offer them additional attractions and sightseeing.

ITM Warsaw is the only fair offering a Hosted Buyer programme in Poland – this is why we are able to offer our exhibitors the possibility to meet with the most important potential buyers. Moreover, ITM exhibitors can meet other business tourism visitors, who we invite to the fair.

Hosted Buyers and other business tourism buyers can meet more than fifty entities offering such products: tour operators, travel offices, convention bureaus of Polish cities, representatives of regions and countries, congress and exhibition centres, hotels, accommodation facilities and SPAs, professional congress organizers, DMC, incentive and event agencies, airlines and all kinds of other suppliers of business tourism services and products, such as IT service providers.

All other costs (Travel insurance, individual transportation within the city of Warsaw, additional expenses, etc.) shall be covered by the participants.

Hosted Buyers’ obligations

A Hosted Buyer is obliged to participate in minimum 12 pre-arranged meetings with ITM Warsaw exhibitors (including ITM Business Tourism). The participants can plan the meetings on their own, using the internet-based system for arranging meetings, which will be launched at a later date.

Qualification

The Hosted Buyer status may be granted only to persons who make in their companies or organizations the key decisions regarding planning and buying of tourism services, especially business trips, conferences and company events.

Persons qualified for the programme will receive notification from the organizers upon completion of the registration process.

In order to gain Hosted Buyer status, you need to register online and supply more details regarding the events you are planning. The applications will be reviewed by the fair organizers.

Persons qualified for the programme will receive confirmation and access code to the internet meeting arrangement system, as well as all necessary and detailed information.

Persons who don't qualify for the programme will be invited to participate as Business Tourism Visitors, which will enable them to visit the fair for free but without other benefits.
